2020 AGM & Membership Drive

Thank you for your patience as we prepare for the 2020-2021 Season.

We are hosting our Annual General Meeting, and 2020-2021 membership presentation on Wednesday October 28that the Idylwylde.  (Full details below)

Due to covid, there rules for the meeting are as follows, and may be updated as required.

  1. Maximum of 50 attendees (Including board / presenters)
  2. Only one Adult per family permitted (No Children)
  3. Masks are mandatory until you are sitting at your table
  4. Drinks can only be purchased at your table, you will not be able go to the bar.  The Idlewylde is providing us with the space at no charge, so please support them by purchasing drinks / food from them.
  5. You will not be permitted to congregate or socialize outside of your table.  Once you are inside you are required to stay seated at your table.
  6. You must RSVP to attend.  Please email Sbruno@idylwylde.com to confirm your attendance.  
  7. We are working on online option, and will provide that information as it becomes available.
  8. 2020 Dryland Training

2020 Dryland Training

The club is finalizing the details on 2020 dryland training, and as of today this is how things are shaping up.

Cost -$150 plus AOA insurance (Alpine Ontario insurance covers both dryland and winter training)

Location – Kivi Park (Outdoors only)

Time – 5:00 to 6:30 PM Every Tuesday and Thursday starting September 15th (Until the weather turns)

Ages – U10 and up (Children born 2012 and prior)

Safety – Prior to registration all safety protocols will be outlined.  All of the protocols must be adhered to, and may change over time as required by the government, or sport governing bodies.

Please note there will be limited capacity, and registration will be first come, first served.

Sudbury's Adanac Ski Club is a not for for profit Ski Racing Team located in Sudbury Ontario Canada.

We offer a wide variety of programs for kids 5-18, and new this year is a Masters Program for people 19+.
