Tentative Masters Program.

Please note, this is very tentative.  We need to get some details ironed out with the ski hill prior to moving forward.

What:
Masters Training Program


Who:
Anyone 18+ with intermediate or better skiing ability


When:
One Evening, and possible Saturday morning

Optional:
Out of town Sunday training days

Why:
To develop racing skills amongst masters athletes
To encourage social collaboration between members
To teach people that are new to racing some of the rules, skills, and techniques that surround alpine racing
To prepare those that want to race for existing Masters races
To make skiing at Adanac more fun
To encourage a healthy lifestyle

Programming: (Tentative)
3 groups
-Not quite ready for gates (yet),
-Ready for U12 gates
-Ready for u14 gates

Where does the money go:
Coaching Costs, Equipment (Gates etc)

What is Included:
Coaching
3 club races.

What is Not Included:
Personal Ski Equipment (Helmets Mandatory)
Lift Tickets
Out of Town Races and Fees

Races:
All racing is optional
3 Club races are included in Registration Fee
Possible NOD races (These do not exist at this point, either a NOD Masters race, or add an age group to existing races)

Expectations:
Positive Encouraging Attitude
Assist with set up, tear down, slipping etc
Assist with children program as required
